ちなみに･･･ 「トキメキ」がなくなると、時間が早く感じられるそーです。 前回はサッカーの話題でしたが、今回はラグビーです。 今「ＡＬＬ ＯＵＴ」という漫画が話題になっているそうですね。 この漫画のモチーフになっているのが「横須賀高校ラグビー部」だそうで、横須賀の風景なども作品に織り込まれているとか。
横須賀では野球・サッカー・ウインドサーフィンなど様々なスポーツのイベントがありますが、ラグビーも盛り上げるべく１月２６日(土)に横須賀中央のモアーズシティにて「ラグビーパークin横須賀」が開催されます。

イノシシと言えば今年の干支ですからね。 ご利益、ありそうです！ 先日行われたサッカーアジアカップ・グループリーグ第3戦 日本 vs ウズベキスタン に先発出場し、ゴールこそ無かったものの右サイドで自慢の快足を見せてくれたＪリーグ柏レイソル所属の伊東純也選手は横須賀市出身だったんですね。
しかも、ウチの長男氏の高校サッカー部チームメイトのお兄さんだったんですって！（学校は違います） 試合終了後誰かから聞いたらしく本人もビックリしていました。 速攻でサインＧＥＴの指令を出したのは言うまでもありません・・・
横須賀出身のＪリーガーは結構いますが、日本代表となると引退した石川直宏選手に次いで二人目ではないでしょうか？（間違っていたらゴメンナサイ） このまま代表に定着して次のワールドカップに出場してもらいたいものです。

今日は平成最後の「成人の日」。 きれいな青空が広がる良いお天気になりました。 ふと見上げると、まだまだ堅そうですが桜が蕾をつけて春に向け準備中でした。
こちらは「成人式」にはまだちょっと早そうです・・・
朝早くから汐入駅～ショッパーズプラザ周辺で振り袖姿を多く見かけました。 昨年のような残念なニュースもなく、今年はみんな振袖を着られたのだろうなぁと他人事ながら安心しています。 相変わらず暴れる人はいたようですが・・・
さてこの「成人の日」は古くからあるものだと思っていましたが意外と歴史が浅く、戦後の昭和２３年施行の祝日法で「おとなになったことを自覚し、みずから生き抜こうとする青年を祝いはげます」ことを趣旨として制定されたそうです。 元々１９９９年まで「成人の日」だった１月１５日が小正月で、昔は元服の儀がこの日に行われていた事に由来しているようです。
ちなみに海外では成人式のような式典を行う国・地域はほとんどないそうです。 少子化・降雪地帯では天候の不順・親の負担（！）など様々な問題があるようですが、個人的には人生の節目として長く続いて欲しいなぁ・・・と思います。

まずは１リットルのパック入り牛乳と、種になるヨーグルトを室温になるまで放置。 自分が使うヨーグルトは免疫力が上がる、と言う「R-1ヨーグルト」
室温になったら牛乳を150cc位減らします。そこへヨーグルトを投入！！ グルグルっと、よ～くかき混ぜて ヨーグルトメーカーを43℃、６時間に設定しスイッチON！ あとは待つだけで約１リットルの「ほぼR-1」が出来上がり そして、次回はこの「ほぼR-1」を種にまた「ほぼR-1」をつくります。
ちょっと￥お高いR-1もこれで気兼ねなく毎日たべられます！ お陰で？いまのところ風邪もひかず元気ですよー お正月気分も抜けたこの時期、三浦半島各所でおんべ焼き（どんと焼き）が行われます。
おんべ焼き（どんと焼き）とは・・・ 地元の人達が持ち寄った古いお札や正月の松飾・縁起ものなどを焼いて１年を振りかえり、新しい年の家内安全と無病息災を祈る行事です。
三浦市はすでに終了してしまいましたが、横須賀の久里浜～長沢と葉山一色では１月１３日（日）に行われます。

北下浦海岸（野比・長沢）はちょうど日の出の時間帯に行われます。 拙宅のすぐ前の海岸が会場のひとつなのですが、当日は朝早くからピ～ヒャラ・テンテケとお囃子が響いてきます。 日の出の時刻が近づくと火が着けられメラメラと燃え上がる炎の向こうに日が昇るのですが、今年はちょっと天気が心配です・・・ 早朝の冷え込む時間帯ですが、海辺のおんべ焼きへ是非一度訪れてみて下さい！

さて、みなさまは初詣に行かれましたか？ 自分は浦賀の叶神社に行って参りました。 ご存知の通り叶神社には「西叶神社」と「東叶神社」がございます。 もちろんワタクシ、西・東共に行ってきました。
↑こちらは「東叶神社」でございます。
本当なら「渡し船」で西から東へ移動と言うのをやりたかったのですが 車で行ってしまったのでできませんでした。 残念。
叶神社は縁結びの神様。 さてさて、ご利益はいかに？

毎年恒例？の拙宅からの初日の出です。皆様が今年も「日の出の勢い」でありますように！
平成最後のお正月いかがお過ごしでしょうか？ 今年は春に天皇陛下の生前退位と皇太子殿下の即位・元号の変更。 秋には消費税率引き上げが予定されています。 大きな変化のある一年になりそうですね。
特に消費税増税は貸す・借りる・売る・買うを問わず密接に関係して来ます。 増税前と後のどちらが得なの？と質問される事がありますが、不動産は損得もさることながら「めぐり会わせ」が一番大切です。 借りたい・買いたい方は良い物件とめぐり会った時が借り時・買い時ですし、貸したい・売りたい方は好条件で貸せる・売れる時が貸し時・売り時です。 しかし、その「めぐり会い」はいつ訪れるか分かりません。 千載一遇のチャンスを逃さない為には事前の準備を整えておくことが重要です。
